We are delighted to announce that in line with the Government's Roadmap we will be re-opening Mill Green Museum and Mill for pre-booked guided tours.

From 18 May at Mill Green Museum you can pre-book a Curator-led tour of our exhibition Welwyn Garden City: By Wisdom and Design and find out more about the ideas and ideals behind this garden city. Tuesdays - Thursdays 10am, 11am, 2pm and 3pm; Bank Holidays 2pm and 3pm.

Our Mill Tours will also be resuming from 18 May with a chance to see our fantastic 18th Century, restored working water mill in action and learn about its history with our Miller. Tuesdays - Thursday 10am, 11am, 12noon, 2pm and 3pm. Sundays and Bank Holidays 2pm and 3pm.

We will be following government guidance to ensure everyone's safety. Our guides will be wearing visors and we ask that visitors wear a face covering during the tours (exemptions apply). Hand sanitiser will be available on entry and exit, doors will be left open to ensure a good air exchange and high levels of cleaning will be maintained.
